Enrolling Recipients from the Import Section

Once you've successfully uploaded recipient records, use the below steps to complete the Enrollment process.

Step 1: Navigate to the Imports tab within the Candidates Section of the platform

Step 2: Use the filters on the left hand side narrow down your recipient list

Step 3: To select the recipients, click the square box to the left of the Name column header to 'select all' or click the box next to each recipients name. The box will turn yellow with a check mark once selected. 

Step 4: Once all your selections have been made, click the yellow Enroll in Journey(s) button at the top left. 

Step 5: In the pop up window, select the Template your recipients will join from the Select Template dropdown

Step 6: Once your selection is made, click the Enroll button. 

Your enrollment is now complete!
