Introducing Your Internal Team to Abode

Introducing your internal team to Abode is important: it helps everyone understand the technology they may be using (or exposed to), provides clarity around expectations, and facilitates buy-in around any organizational or process changes.

We recommended introducing your team to Abode prior to importing candidates. Doing so helps with platform awareness and expectations, and ensures a smooth and successful launch.  


There is no right or wrong way to introduce your team to Abode and it may depend on your team’s size, organization, and overall timeline for launching Abode. Please see below for some sample messaging to get you started.

Abode collects hundreds of data points to help teams understand where engagement is happening (or not happening) and how to get in front of reneges or turnovers before they happen.

A few key features that the [Team Name] will be using:

    • Abode allows us to create unique journey maps with specific steps and content for our users. Optional: elaborate on how you will be creating or organizing journeys (i.e., by starting city, region, role, etc.)
    • The centralized dashboard of information gives hires a one-stop shop for what they need to know about. Optional: elaborate on your particular use case! (i.e., intern first day, new hire first day, mentor/manager, etc.)
    • The platform also has a discussion forum, directory, and Chat where hires can connect with one another and ask questions to our team.
  • Our analytics dashboard will give the team visibility to engagement, helping us identify the regions or individuals who may need additional support/outreach from the [Team Name] team.

  • Abode allows us to create unique journeys with specific steps, content, and tasks for our candidates. 
  • Abode’s centralized dashboard gives our hires a one-stop-shop for what they need to know about their first day, relocation, onboarding action items, our culture, and more. 
  • The platform also has a Directory and Forum where candidates can connect with one another and generate discussion.
  • On the backend, we will have access to an analytics dashboard to provide visibility into candidate engagement, helping us identify the individuals who may need additional support or outreach from our team.
